I recently hired Bayview Renovations to renovate my main bathroom. The team were exceptional, working closely with me to help design and plan the renovation and provided invaluable support and recommendations. I received great communication throughout the whole process, there were always available to answer questions, provided regular updates (via video/photos) and the house was left spotless. Love the final outcome, it's actually better than I imagined. Highly recommend you hire these guys!

Dave and his team recently completed 2 bathroom renovations. The work was done on time and on budget with no hidden surprises. An outstanding job. I cannot rate Bayview Renovations more highly. David runs a most efficient business. His quote was sensible for the renovation of a toilet and bathroom. His team of tradesmen were always on time, extremely professional and completed the work to a high standard.

Dave and his crew are the hardest bunch of workers I have ever met, they work so hard until the job is complete, they are all well mannered and friendly, clean workers that leave no mess, I'm so impressed , with works to date a second bathroom renovation will be done next, then a laundry, I highly recommend this company, you won't be sorry, they are the best.

Dave and his team have recently renovated our family bathroom. From the planning process through to completion, communication and quality of work was outstanding. We now have an amazing bathroom and loved the renovation process with Bayview. Highly recommend.

Bayview Renovations transformed our tiny 70s-style semi-ensuite into a modern, good size bathroom and also took care of the relocation of cupboards and all the other little things associated with renovations. We first started talking to Dave about our plans in early 2020, but COVID meant that work couldn’t actually begin until early in October. Dave stayed in occasional contact during these months as we made minor modifications to our plans. Once work began, the bulk of it was completed in six weeks and everything was fully completed by Christmas. Dave listened carefully to what we wanted and, while he made many excellent suggestions, he always understood our choices and respected our decisions. All the tradespeople that he engaged to work on our project were courteous and thoughtful and their work was of excellent quality; we have already offered some of them additional work on other projects. It was clear that they all had a very high regard for Dave, who came most days to inspect their work. At these times he often noticed little things that needed attention, including things that we would never have noticed ourselves. There were no unexpected variations in the quoted cost; in fact, in more than one instance, Dave absorbed additional costs rather than pass them on to us.
