Sandringham – Tennyson Street – Ensuite Bathroom and Robe
Our Sandringham project is stunning! Words cannot describe how beautiful this room feels when you are there, it is luxurious and divine.
Absolutely gorgeous bespoke cabinetry was custom made for this job as you can see. Wall hung vanities with single undermount bowls, timber panels, and chrome tapware off the wall, mirror cabinets, and walk-in robes, it looks sensational.
Our clients needed more robe space, but wanted to achieve an open feel that was more functional. So we removed the wall between the existing ensuite and robe to create one larger room. Check out the before and after photos.
We altered the floor and walls to suit the new configuration, created a walk-in shower, built a custom niche, reframed the wall to inset the shaving cabinet, rewired both rooms, and upgraded all of the water and waste pipes too.
We found that the toilet waste drainage pipes had been installed wrong under the flooring when the house was built, so we replaced all of the faulty pipes and now a long term ongoing issue with the toilets blocking up has been fixed. These are important issues you should always address when renovating your home.
New downlights, and a strip LED light under the mirror cabinet that comes on by a sensor when you walk in the room were installed, which looks fantastic and is extremely functional at night time.
To finish it all off, the ensuite, walk-in robe, powder room and bedroom were freshly painted and new carpet was installed in the bedroom.
